Returning or
Exchanging an Item
If for any reason
you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase of wine, you may
return it within 30 days of date of purchase. For all non-wine items,
all items are to be returned back to us within 10 days, all items must
be in their original packaging and unused. To return or exchange an
item, please complete the following steps:
1.
Circle the item(s) that you are returning on the order form
included with your purchase.
2.
Please write the reason for the return at the bottom of the
order receipt.
3.
If you are exchanging an item, please indicate the item you
would like us to send at the bottom of the form. Please be sure to
indicate the address where you would like us to send the exchanged
item if different from the original address.
4.
Pack and seal your return item(s) along with the order receipt.
Note: The credit
card used for the original purchase will be credited in the amount of
the product sale. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to
appear on your bill. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable
unless we have sent the wrong item.
