artisanal cheeses (over 25 blue cheeses alone) from which to choose.
Then we will use our expertise to pair those cheeses with compatible
wines. We will also provide condiments and bread/cracker
accompaniments to further enhance the cheese and wine pairing. In
essence, Treány will create a tasting experience you and your guests

Meet chef and proprietor - Chef Barbara Konig, CCC. Ms. Konig
received her chef training at New York City Technical College, and
is an active member of the American Culinary Federation Professional
Chefs Guild of Central New Jersey, where she received her Chef de
Cuisine Certification. Her experience as a chef includes many years
in the restaurant industry.
Chef to You offers a variety of classes covering a wide array of
cooking topics from Cooking Techniques to Seafood Mastery. A great

- Lahaska, PA - What was once a chicken farm is now home to 75 quality

New Hope and
Lambertville -
Centered on and
around Main Street, downtown New Hope offers a wide variety of shops and
galleries. Across the river in Lambertville, the shopping is
concentrated along Bridge and Union Streets.
Pine Creek Miniature Golf -
One of the largest
miniature golf courses in the country, Pine Creek offers 2 challenging

HORSEBACK RIDING

End Farm - Trail rides can be arranged at West End Farm, about 2
miles away near New Hope. The trail follows the river and the ride is
guided. Note: the pace for these rides is relatively slow--it is more of
a leisurely walk along the river than a "wild ride" through fields and

TRAIN RIDES
Black River and Western Railroad
- Flemington, NJ - Scenic steam or diesel train rides through Hunterdon
County on vintage coaches from April through December, Saturday and
Sunday at 11:30, 1:00 2:30 and 4:00.
